7 Things I Love About Zipper Bags

Mix the ingredients for your marinade together. Place your meat in a large zipper bag, pour the marinade over the top, squeeze carefully to release any air and zip closed. Leave for a few hours or overnight in the fridge. Magic.

Be it for injuries or cocktails, fill a zipper bag with water. Seal and place it in the freezer. When needed, retrieve the bag from the freezer and hold it under running hot water. This will cause the ice to crack. Bash the bag lightly with a rolling pin for a bit to finish the job.
